UK Trade & Investment - bringing Hong Kong and British companies together

UK Trade & Investment is the UK government agency tasked with helping companies based in the UK achieve their export potential. In Hong Kong, our 23-strong UK Trade and Investment team, is based at the British Consulate-General in Admiralty. The team is made up of trade and investment specialists and their job is to bring British and Hong Kong companies together as well as to attract investment in the UK by companies in the region.

Through our work we provide British companies with in depth information on various sectors in Hong Kong and help put them in touch with potential customers or agents in Hong Kong.

Every year we help more than 200 British companies visit Hong Kong. These visits allow British companies to meet and develop contacts with Hong Kong companies.

We also organise a range of events designed to bring Hong Kong and British companies together. Regular details are posted on this website.

We encourage Hong Kong and Macao based companies, especially Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), to contact us if they are interested in sourcing products or services from British companies or investing in the UK.

Our team is available to help British and Hong Kong companies from 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday. Our office is on the 6/F of the British Consulate-General, 1 Supreme Court Road, Hong Kong. (Our public area is closed from 12 noon until 2pm)
